Ensure Tracer.Stop At Impact is enabled and End Skin > 0.01.
Use world space and avoid rounded caps if they visually extend past
surfaces.
The tracer “bounces” or snaps at the wall:

Stop At Impact prevents any post-impact movement. Ensure Trail Duration is reasonable relative to the flight time.
Old line positions leak into new shots:

The Tracer clears itself at the end of its lifetime. If you are pooling externally, ensure instances have time to finish or pad the pool return (Pool Return Padding in DemoGun).
Ballistics feel inaccurate:

Reduce Time Step for faster projectiles or small targets.
Increase Max Time if long shots end too early.
